Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 October 2026. Velvet Clock Mysteries is a Biljan Industries business based in Canada. This policy covers this website, our shops and our Pinterest integration.
This website
This site has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log technical data such as IP addresses to run and secure the service (see GitHub's privacy statement). Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Purchases
You buy our kits through Etsy or our Polar checkout. Payment details are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies; we never see your card. We receive what the platform shares to fulfil your order, such as your name, email and order details, and use it only to deliver the order and answer your questions.
If you write to hello@velvetclockmysteries.com, we keep the message to reply and to help with your order. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Pinterest integration
Our Pinterest app connects only to our own Pinterest business account (@velvetclockmysteries). It creates and schedules our own Pins and reads our own Pins, boards and analytics. It does not access other Pinterest users' accounts or data. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared.
Creators we work with
When we invite a creator to try a kit, we keep their public name and handle, their business contact details, what we sent them, their discount code and the posts they choose to share, so we can follow up and see which collaborations work. Creators can ask us to delete this at any time.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the services that run the shop (Etsy, Polar and our email host), or when the law requires. We keep order records as long as tax law requires, and delete other messages when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@velvetclockmysteries.com. We reply within 30 days.
