Refunds

Last updated 21 October 2026. Our kits are digital files you download and print, so we can't take them back once they're downloaded. We will always make it right when the problem is ours.

We fix it, or refund you, when

A file won't open, is damaged, or prints wrong. Write to us and we'll send a corrected file the same day. If we can't fix it, we refund you in full.

Something promised in the listing is missing. We'll send it, or refund you.

You bought twice, or bought by mistake. Tell us before you download and we'll refund the purchase.

We can't refund

A change of mind, or a kit that has already been downloaded and played. A murder mystery is played once, and the files are yours to keep.

How to ask

Email hello@velvetclockmysteries.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours. If you bought on Etsy you can also message us there; Etsy's purchase protection applies to Etsy orders, and our direct checkout's own buyer terms apply to direct orders.
